Production Technology Support to an FDP Study

iProdTech were contracted to provide support to an FDP study which included review of existing ESP wells and high level Artificial Lift review for future development wells. The work included:

  • Investigation into production potential and ESP performance of existing wells.
  • Highlighting possibility of any mechanical issues.
  • Highlighting inflow performance/PI deterioration if observed.
  • Recommendation regarding ESP requirements in future.
  • A high level Artificial Lift screening for future wells.
  • Ensuring the proposed completion is appropriately sized for the expected range of rates.

Based on the findings of the study, further work was requested by the client to determine gas lift requirements (gas lift pressure and gas lift rate) for proposed wells for feasibility analysis since the option to import gas from other nearby fields was being investigated.
